Ordering
Orders can be placed by phone or fax during our
normal business hours, Monday through Friday,
8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
We deliver anywhere within the Boston, Worcester and Providence area on a pre-determined schedule. Orders should be placed two business days before your delivery day. A minimum order of $100 is required for free delivery. We offer UPS and common carrier delivery for an additional charge.
Our terms are net 30 days, subject to credit approval. PharmaServ accepts MasterCard and Visa credit cards.
Returns
Due to the potential risk of contamination, products which have entered an animal facility may not be returned to our warehouse. Samples of certain products are available upon request to give you an opportunity to review a product before purchasing it. Please contact customer service for more information.
