Livestock & Poultry Feeds

Recognizing the growing need for livestock species in animal research, PharmaServ offers a variety of livestock and poultry diets. Please note, these feeds were not formulated or manufactured as laboratory animal diets, but as commercial livestock feeds. They are not available certified, irradiated, or autoclavable.

For many products, least cost manufacturing procedures are used and only a simple guaranteed analysis of protein, fat, and fiber is available. In some instances, we may be able to provide an ingredients list.

Blue Seal Feeds

BS813	Pig and Sow Pellets Pig and Sow is a general purpose feed formulated for free choice feeding to pigs from 12 weeks of age through adulthood. 15% Protein, 3% Fat, 7% Fiber 50 lbs.
BS704	Blue Seal Coarse 14 A coarse textured feed containing crimped oats, flaked corn, pellets, and molasses. No supplemental copper. Can be fed to cows, sheep and goats. 14% Protein, 3.5% Fat, 8% Fiber 50 lbs.
BS828	Llama Pellets A highly palatable, short pellet feed especially designed for llamas in all life stages. Fortified with Vitamin E and selenium. 14% Protein, 2.5% Fat, 14% Fiber 50 lbs.
BS634	Breeder Pellets A specifically designed poultry feed to promote egg production and optimum hatchability and higher chick survival rate in the breeding flock when fed as the only ration. Breeder Pellets are recommended for ducks, geese, turkeys, and exotics as well as chickens. 17% Protein, 2.5% Fat, 4% Fiber 50 lbs.
BS806	Gamebird Starter/Gower Crumbles A non-medicated, high-efficiency ration for starting and growing ducks, geese and gamebirds. 22% Protein, 4% Fat, 5% Fiber 50 lbs.
